EGG ROLL

INGREDIENTS:   
Four (4 cups), butter (83g), baking powder (1 table spoon), salt (a pinch), eggs (2), groundnut oil, boiled egg(s).

METHOD:              
Mix your ingredients like that of buns as shown above. Rub flour on your palms, cut the mixture and flatten it with your palms. Put the boiled egg in the middle of the flatten mixture, gradually and properly fold the mixture to cover the boiled egg, then deep it into your hot groundnut oil and fry.
