INGREDIENTS:
Four (4 cups), butter (83g), salt (a pinch), eggs (2), yeast (1 table spoon), sugar (1/2 cup), groundnut oil, warm water.
METHOD:
Dilute yeast, sugar and salt in a warm water and cover for sometimes to dissolve. Add eggs and butter to flour and mix it to rise. After that, mould it in a ball form; all round, make a hole in the middle and then fry it in hot groundnut oil.
