INGREDIENTS:
Four (4 cups), butter (125g), eggs (2), sardine, baking powder, salt (pinch), curry, onions, pepper, thyme, maggi, water, groundnut oil, sugar.
METHOD:
Mix flour and butter very well, add salt, little sugar, baking powder, water and stir all together and leave it for 10mins. Chop onions into a container, add curry, pepper, groundnut oil and stir it. Roll out the pastry on a table, cut it to your desire size, put the sardine on the centre, roll it (for fish roll) or fold it and use fork to press the edges (for fish pie). Then you paint or brush the body with whisked egg and bake it in the oven for 20mins.
