SAUSAGE ROLL

INGREDIENTS:   
Four (4 cups), butter (125g), eggs (2), sardine, baking powder (1 tea spoon), salt (pinch), satis, curry, onions, pepper, thyme, maggi, water, groundnut oil.

METHOD:              
Rub in butter very well, add baking powder, little salt in water and mix together. Add 2 eggs to 4 cups of flour and leave for 10mins. Blend sausage. Roll out the pastry on the table, cut it. You then put the sausage at the centre, cover it and close the mouth properly and shape the size very well. Paint or brush it with whisk egg and rub the pan with butter, place the pastry on it and bake it for 20mins. Pleas do not set the oven high.
