MASA

INGREDIENTS:   
White rice (500g), cap rice (500g), cap rice (100g), sugar (150g), salt(1 tea spoon), yeast (1 tea spoon), oil.

METHOD:              
Sock 500g of white rice and 500g of cap rice over night and grind. Boil 100g of cap rice very soft, allow to cool and then turn it into the grinded white and cap rice. Add yeast and cover with clean cloth. Allow to it to rise by keeping in a warm place. Add sugar, salt and water; but make sure it is not watery. Fry with your groundnut oil.
Note: Masa can be served with vegetable sauce.
