PAN CAKE

INGREDIENTS:   
Four (400g), milk (1 cup), sugar (3 spoons), eggs (2), salt (pinch), spice (to taste).

METHOD:              
Sieve flour in a bowl. Cream the spice sugar salt. Add the flour and mix thoroughly for the mixture to be free from lumps. Add white onions and tomatoes. Break in the eggs. Fry with little oil in a frying pan; making sure it is thin and flat. Fry both sides. Add mayonnaise, jam, sugar, etc. and fold with toothpick passing through.
