SHAWAMA

INGREDIENTS:   
Chinese bread, cabbage, bama, salad cream, ketchup tomatoes, chicken or beef, sausage.

METHOD:              
Fry (or roast) your chicken/beef, remove bones and chop into pieces (the size of ¼ sugar cube). Slice your cabbage, mix salad cream, ketchup tomatoes and Bama. Flatten the Chinese bread, put the mixture on it, roll and heat in a toaster.
